Scope

More than 174 spools and pipes were refurbished for Origin Energy, Arrow Energy and iPipe during this maintenance phase of the Coal Seam Gas sector in Queensland. Each part required prep, abrasive blasting to level 2.5 and a protective paint coating system applied at a professional standard.

 

This project required precise and exact paint thickness measurements and quality standards with Quality Management Reports, Paint Batch Certificates and Nace 1 & 2 Inspections provided.

 

Delivery on time and in full was critical with all parts expedited. The client expressed their appreciation for our fast turnaround and delivery, as well as timely reporting. Masterblasters continues to work with Fitzroy Engineering both in our Toowoomba workshop as well as providing mobile, onsite services.
